Today I am grateful for:

Not having to go anywhere today. My sweetie and I just stayed at home today. It was a little too cold to do anything outside, so we just stayed in mostly, besides doing chores.

My sweetie did a bunch of cooking. He made a great lentil loaf, which I've been meaning to try, some banana bread to take to work with him, and we made a "crisp" using some of the frozen cherries from my friend's trees.

I went to work vacuuming up all the weird grunge and cat hair that seems to pile up behind and under every piece of furniture in the living room. There's no carpet, but this stuff is under the couch, behind the desk, all over the cat tree, and along all the walls and in the corners. Sweeping never seems to get it all.

Then we watched an old movie, "All the King's Men", which was pretty good.
