Today I am grateful for:

Sunshine.

My sweetie gave himself a lazy morning, and I'm glad he allowed himself time to relax. The guys were there in the afternoon, and still got some clearing done.

For a good riding lesson on River. We worked on super slow collected trot, then impulsion, and super slow canter, then impulsion.

That the barn kittens had lots of kibble, so they were staying away from the horses (when I was riding on Sunday, they were trying to eat River's feed, and I was both worried about them eating something they shouldn't, and worried about them getting stepped upon).

Really enjoying socializing with everyone at the barn.

A nice supper with chard and beets and onions from the garden.
