Today I am grateful for:

Sunshine.

My sweetie and I went to the city. The main purpose: to sell/recycle a truck load of copper pipe and wire taken out of the trailer last year when it was demolished.

The proceeds from which bought my sweetie a new pair of work boots. This is very good, because he has fallen arches, and the boots he had to wear to work weren't quite doing it for him anymore. I hope these are comfortable for him, because it must be awful to not have comfortable feet.

I was able to get to an art supply store, and pick up a few things.

We were able to have supper at one of our favorite places. It WAS an Indian buffet, and now it's modified to have a menu that you kind of pick and choose from. I think it's slightly different each day. Anyhow, we managed to get some delicious food that met my needs (vegetarian and low carb), and my sweetie. It was a little strange, because it was pretty much empty, and the buffet table was bare. I think they do most of their business as pick up/delivery now.

Coming home and having a nap.

Doing a bit of grass pulling in the garden.

Going outside and spending some time just petting ponies/goats.

Watching the film "1917" and it was very good, and intense. It's horrifying that this kind of thing is true.
