Today I am grateful for:

Some nice weather, though it rained again at night. Very pleasant afternoon.

Going to town for the afternoon. I'm not happy that this means we got nothing done on the house, but I'm not sure what we could have done right now with all the rain we've had.

Getting the mail, and then going for an unexpectedly long walk around the lake in town. This lake is a big man-made lake that the town has done a lot of work to designate as a recreational area, and has expanded the paved trails so that they go all the way around the lake, so the trail is now about 8 km. We hadn't realized that the whole trail was complete, so we ended up walking the whole way around the lake. It was pretty much the perfect day for such a walk, and we had Roxy with us.

Getting groceries.

Coming home and watching an old favorite movie of ours, "Three Amigos".
