Today I am grateful for:

Being able to get up earlier than usual, so that we could get a few things done today. We had a load of stuff to go to the dump, so we had to get there before it closed.

It was nice to talk to the woman who works there. She's a super nice person.

We went to do some yard work for a woman that I cleaned for recently. My sweetie agreed to come, thus we'd just get everything done a lot faster, plus we could take the trailer (I'm not comfortable driving with it).

It started snowing just as we pulled into her yard, but she really wanted to get the scrap lumber and assorted crap gone, so we went ahead. We got everything done in an hour, with her helping us. She already had everything sorted that she wanted gone (that saves SO much time!) so we just threw it all on the truck/trailer. I think she was rather happy to get so much done in an hour, and happy that we didn't let a little snow stop us.

We were able to come home and have an otherwise lazy evening while the snow kept right on snowing all evening. We ended up getting several inches of heavy, wet snow. While we were happy with what looked like an early spring, it's okay to get the snow because it was starting to look like a dry spring.

We watched "Crown Vic" which was a decent "gritty cop" drama.
