Today I am grateful for:

Another pleasantly cool day.

The kids that visited us a couple of times over the summer (their Grandma lives nearby) dropped in to say goodbye, because they were going home again. It was nice to see them, and they dropped off a new life jacket for us, I guess because we gave them some for the kids? It was nice of them to do so, but unnecessary, because the ones we got for them didn't cost us any money. Oh well. I took the kids out to the raspberry patch and let them eat a few before they left.

I got a few things done before I went to see River. I planted a rosebush (Paprika) that is supposed to be very hardy for our zone, picked some zucchini, washed Roxy, did some laundry, and watered the spot where we are trying to start grass again. I dug up some very pretty new red potatoes mostly for my sweetie.

I went to see River, and he was feeling good with the cooler weather. We worked on the same things, trot to halt to trot while leading and lunging. Giving the shoulder in spirals. He was giving better today in general.

I came home and we watched "Parasite"', which was REALLY good.
