Today I am grateful for:

In a way, for all the snow we got. It might be inconvenient and so on, but it represents moisture for spring which we will need since this has been a dry summer/autumn.

I didn't go to see River today, because of the fresh snow. The roads won't be safe until the plows can get out, and the wind doesn't help.

I did text with R, and she's already putting the heavier blankets on the horses and brought River in for his mash. That makes me feel a little better about not being able to go today.

At least my mood is okay. I kind of gave up feeling frustrated about being stuck at home; it's hard to argue with the weather.

I've started a novel, "Fingersmith", which is good so far.

I did some painting.

I watched some "Breaking Bad".
