My sweetie cleared snow around the yard today, as well as getting the goat pen that I use for when it is seriously cold set up in the heated garage.
He is at least....looking....at what we could get done on the house this weekend.
I went to see River at about 4pm, way earlier than my ride time used to be. It was really nice to get there while it was still daylight, and to have people around. R worked with another horse while I was riding. My late ride times used to be perfect for last winter when my sweetie was working nights and I really couldn't have ridden much earlier, but now I can ride earlier.
River did well. He seems more energetic with the cold weather.
I came home and we watched "The Invisible Man" which was okay as a movie, but scary in terms of what lengths an abusive spouse would go to. It doesn't seem implausible if said abusive spouse had the rescources.
Thursday:
My sweetie came home at about supper time. I'm glad he made it home safe, and that the roads were okay.
We watched "Enola Holmes", which was a decent movie.
I started working on my Christmas cards, that I make by hand. It takes a long time, but it's what I do instead of gifts or even being at home for the holidays, so I want them to be personal.
