Sunshine, even if it was pretty cold.
Pretty snow on the trees.
I went to see River after all, and just did ground work since it was a little too cold to work much. It is good for him to move around a bit. R was there working horses, and it was nice to see her.
I came home, and finished reading a book I've been working on for a while; "Fingersmith". It is good if you like Dickens. I liked certain aspects of it, but thought it really over-did the Victorian trajedy angle.
My Trainwreck sister's son (thus my nephew) is trying to give her his car. One that he won't be driving this winter anyhow, and would likely just sell. She won't take it, because she feels like this isn't his problem, but she NEEDS a car. She is driving her old truck, but it's hard on fuel, and maybe only so reliable. I sincerely hope she just accepts this car.
