Today I am grateful for:

My car. My life would not be the same without having a driver's license, and a car.

There's a horse at the barn that colicked today. The vet figured that it was triggered by the very cold weather, as blood can be directed away from the gut to the extremities, causing food to sit and ferment in the digestive tract. The gratitude part, is that people are there caring for her, the vet was out, and they are doing all they can.

A good evening at the pottery studio. I got some glazing done, and worked on the wheel for a while. It was nice socializing with everyone.

That the car started, and I made it home safely. It's been brutally cold.
