Gentle hugs as you continue to process. Glad you got the nap. That was my only way to reset yesterday after I also hadn't gotten a good night's sleep. And I had to smile that you got the nice burrito that was vegetarian. I know it's hard to find places for you and I also know what it's like to have those little places that are there for you when you need them.
