Today I am grateful for:

Warm weather. Canadians love it when they don't need to suit up any more just to go outside.

A good ride on River. The outdoor arena is dry enough that I could ride there, and that was nice because it was warm and the sun was out. River found it a little hard to work on that surface, because it's pretty deep sand and it's not well packed yet, but we did some good trotting in collection, and did the walk/canter transitions without too much drama.

Spending a bit of time combing out Dandy's mane again. He has the hugest, thickest, longest mane! It looks so good when it's all combed out, but really raggedy if it isn't. He's a wee little pony, and I swear all of his calories go to growing hair.

Letting the ponies and goats out into their bigger pasture while I picked up poop in their corral. It's so obvious how much they enjoy getting out to explore.
