Today I am grateful for:

Sunshine and warm temperatures.

A good riding lesson. We got a really good collected trot. Maybe the best we've had so far.

I enjoyed seeing some other riders around for lessons. We're still being careful and staying apart, and there's only one or two other people around at a time, but after the last couple of weeks of seeing almost no one, it feels so social to see anyone at all.

An okay phone call with my Mom. She's still at the hospital, but she's stable. She seemed lucid today, but sort of...detached. I know I've been thinking a lot about what this last episode may mean for her, and probably she's thinking about it too.

A good phone call with one of my sisters. We talked more about horses than our fears, and that was okay.
