Today I am grateful for:

Getting a good night's sleep. I also didn't have to go anywhere today, so I could sleep as long as I needed to.

My husband doing some more work on the addition today, to prepare for putting up the walls and the roof joists for the second storey tomorrow. I helped him in taking some shingles off of the end of the house where the addition will join, because the shingles of the addition will overlap with the shingles on the existing roof of the house. We took down the overhang portion of the roof on that side of the house too, because the roof line of the addition will need to meet the roof line of the house properly.

We dug some of the potatoes, and laid them on a sheet in the garage to dry a bit before storage for the winter. We are getting good yields per plant, and some good sized potatoes.

We came in and watched "We Bought a Zoo", which is loosely based on a true story. It's a good movie, really PG.
