Our friend came and helped my sweetie continue to put shingles on the roof.
Getting the vets to float Hollywood's teeth went smoothly. It looks like she has a molar that needs to be pulled. It's not unexpected, we've been watching this tooth for about two years, and it's loose now. We'll have to take her to the vet clinic for that. I also got some medication for her arthritis.
My ankle isn't perfect yet, but much better. It still hurts a bit if I step badly (like if I stumble on uneven ground), but I have much better range of motion and the bruising is gone, and most of the swelling.
I took a whole bunch of built up manure out of the pony/goat pen. I didn't do much manure collection over the summer because it was so wet that it just kind of turned to mud. I've been trying to take out some each day for awhile, and today I was home and my ankle felt okay, so I took out quite a lot. I'm trying to clean it all up before the snow flies and buries it.
A nice bath and a nap.
