Today I am grateful for:

Though it was cloudy and sleeting, it was not too cold, and it was nice to spend some time outside today just cleaning the pony pen and walking with Roxy.

I talked with my sister S for a while, and she was mostly concerned about Mom, which is normal. I feel kind of bad that this sister too, is older than she needs to be, because of a life of smoking and not being very active (though that is likely because of a back injury from long ago).

I worked out a bit, while listening to a jazz program on CKUA (a wonderful public radio station that has just amazing music all the time), and that felt good.

Then I watched a couple of episodes of "Six Feet Under", and drew for a while.
