Today I am grateful for:

Okay temperature outside.

A good walk around the horse pasture with my sweetie and Roxy. I walked a few more rounds after my sweetie went to work. I don't feel like I've been getting enough exercise.

I was at home alone again, but aside from being alone, it was fine. I had a bath, spent some quality time with the cats, read for a while, worked on Christmas cards, and watched "The Kite Runner".

I'm grateful that I'm creative, and that I have a stock of materials to do creative things with. It helped a lot last winter to paint, to get me through those dark, isolated months. It looks like that's what I'll need to do to get through this winter too.
