Today I am grateful for:

Good temperatures outside.

A short phone conversation with my Mom. Right now, I don't have much "news" for her, just the same daily routines for us (which is okay too), so our calls are pretty short. Mostly I just want to check in with her.

Going to see River. I had to wait to use the small arena, because R is trying to keep everyone social distancing, so not many people in the arena at a time. I phoned one of my sisters and chatted while I waited. Then I rode with another person who was having a lesson. We had a good ride, and it's good that I got out of the house and socialized a bit.

Came home and started a book, "Smilla's Sense of Snow", which is very odd so far.
