Today I am grateful for:

Decent weather.

Apparently there is a small used book store in one of the nearby small towns. It's only been there for about a month. I decided to check it out. I found a couple of books (I wanted to support her business), and she said she would find the other books in the "Magicians" series for me. So, yay. I didn't know where else to look for them.

Getting a few small tasks done. Cleaned the hair out of the bathtub drain, made a spot for some of my houseplants upstairs where the cats aren't allowed in the hopes of saving the plants, moved the plants, moved a trunk of DVDs upstairs, brought the big artificial Christmas tree downstairs.

I did some creative things too. I strung a simple necklace, and I used some beads that I've had forever that I could never decide what to do with them. I just did SOMETHING with them, and it turned out okay.

I worked on Christmas cards some more. I'm just painting the front picture right now, all the same.

I watched some more episodes of "Six Feet Under", and enjoyed them.
