Today I am grateful for:

Reasonably warm temperatures.

My sweetie's car was ready at the mechanic, so he got it back today.

I was able to pick up a supply of the anti-inflammatory that I give my mare, Hollywood.

I went to see River, and that was good. He is looking nice right now, and is a good weight. We had a good ride, and there were some other riders around. That's apparently ending after tonight, with new restrictions we will be limited to one person riding at a time. I'm going to miss having the social contact with others at the barn.

My sweetie made me a small stand to put my saddle on, since I have to bring it in the car (this barn doesn't have enough room to store everyone's saddles). The stand is just high enough to keep the saddle in the right shape, but fits in the car and I can carry it into the barn.

A person on Facebook messaged me to tell me that they feel that I am a kind and supportive person, and that they noticed this in my interactions. This is someone that is more of an acquaintance, but it was a surprising message to receive. I often worry that I'm too hard on people, or that I am pedantic, though I do try hard to be kind to people who seem to need it. Anyhow, Facebook isn't often a source of a positiveness, so I'll take it.
