Today I am grateful for:

Fatty ate several small meals on his own today. This is still not his "normal" appetite by any means. Nor does it mean the crisis is over. It just means he ate a little. He also showed signs of being a bit more comfortable, interest in snuggling, walking around a little more.

I decided it would be okay to go ride River. My sweetie came with me. River was relaxed today, and gave well to pressure from the halter in our ground work. It was nice to shift my mind to something else for a while.

A quiet evening at home, just reading a bit and snuggling with kitties.
