Today I am grateful for:

Nice weather; melted lots of yesterday's snow already.

Good leading session with the ponies today. We walked around the horse pasture with Roxy.

We went to go see River. I bought a bareback pad for him about two weeks ago, but it needed a girth, so I dug around and found one that works. I used it today, and it was pretty comfortable. For some reason, I found it easier to be bareback with this pad than the one I tried a while ago that belonged to R. No idea why. We did our ground work first, and that went well. After I rode, I took off all his tack and messed around a bit with liberty circles, and he actually did really well.

We came home and I did a short work out while my sweetie had a bath.

Then we watched "Capone", which was kind of awful.
