Today I am grateful for:

Beautiful warm weather.

Putting in some time cleaning out grass around the garden (I have a small patch of perennials that were moved there from the bed near the house).

I went to see River, and that was nice. We worked on the outdoor obstacles, and I got to watch R harness her pony, so that I can understand my pony harness a bit better. The harnesses aren't quite the same, but it helped.

River got to watch her drive her pony. He was a little "alert" about the cart (a lot of horses are quite worried about them), but not too bad.

Then I rode for a while.

I got to talk with the barn owner for a while.

Quiet night at home. I watched "John Carter", which I really enjoyed, but likely because I didn't read the book yet. From what I understand, a lot of people didn't like the movie because it diverged dramatically from the novel, but it was a good movie if you only took it for what it was.
