Today I am grateful for:

Though it was pretty warm again today, it wasn't the brutal heat of last week.

My sweetie kept going with wiring the addition, and he's almost finished.

He also tilled where we want to dig a path for a brick pathway.

I went to see River, and we had a lesson today. We did a simple equitation pattern, a cone pattern, and a timed obstacle pattern. All of these were video-ed and may become entries for another on line show.

I had fun with a couple of the kids. I think one of them really likes River so I let her sit on him so we could watch another competitor try the obstacle class.

I came home, let everyone out to graze, and pulled weeds in the garden for an hour or so.

Tuesday: I went to see River, and practiced transitions and diagonally crossing the arena.

It rained last night, so it was too wet to dig where we want the brick walkway. Everywhere that was bare dirt was just pure sticky mud again.

Pulled weeds.

When I went to feed in the wee hours, it was lovely and foggy and there was dew all over everything.
