gottawonderA lovely summer day, and not TOO hot.
My sweetie chugged away at digging the pathway for the bricks. I helped for a while before I went riding.
He got his second shot today, early in the day before I got up.
I went to see River, and he's okay. His nose was a little burnt again, so I slathered on more sunscreen.
We did a bit of groundwork, did more with the poles/pylons, and worked on upwards/downwards transitions.
I came home and we let everyone out on pasture for a while, and I ...wait for it... pulled more weeds. Our lettuce is now big enough to pick from, and it is super nice to eat fresh lettuce. The raspberries are starting to fill out a bit, and there seem to be lots of them. Our potato plants are huge, though that isn't always an indication of a big crop. Sometimes you just get big plants.
We watched "Galaxy Quest", another old favorite. If you haven't seen it, you really should give it a try.
