Today I am grateful for:

Rain! Finally, a significant amount of rain (so far about 1.5 inches), and hopefully it won't become a deluge (it is still raining right now). I am hoping that this will put out the forest fires in B.C. and Northern Manitoba, and give some relief.

We went to town for mucho animal food (dog and cats), and groceries (not a huge trip this time).

I went to the thrift store and found some things that might fit my Mom, and movies and books (always).

We came home and watched "The Kingdom", which was good.
