Slightly warmer temperatures.
We went to the city for a "fun" day.
Found pony blankets at the big animal supply place. I will likely use these when it REALLY gets cold. Nice to have the option, anyway.
We went to the public art gallery, and they were having a big sale. Everything they were clearing out was for 75% off! I got a couple of nice art books for a steal.
Then we had supper at our favorite vegan restaurant. It's such a cozy place it feels like you're eating at a friend's house.
Then we went to the used book store. Last night I put together a bag of items to trade in, and they took almost everything I brought in, so the effort paid off, and I cleared out a bag of books and dvds that we were done with. It paid for the books we picked out this time!
We tried to find a nailer for floor boards, but my sweetie wasn't happy with the selection at Home Depot.
We picked up some groceries.
We came home and watched an okay sci-fi movie.
