gottawonderToday I am grateful for:
An ever so slight increase in the temperature. Slight.
That once again, I didn't HAVE to go anywhere, so I stayed home. The okay day turned into near-whiteout conditions, so that put the kibosh on trying to see River again.
I texted with R, and she says River is doing fine. She's bringing him into the barn every day and letting him warm up and get some mash. So, not much point in going and risking things in a snow storm.
Sigh.
Anyhow, I had a nice bath, napped, noodled around online, painted, that kind of thing.
Chores, noodle and nap, chores, noodle nap paint, etc.
It's all good as long as everything is working right and the animals are good. No point in getting frustrated at being house-bound.
I'm grateful for the resources to entertain myself. I'm grateful for electricity and a warm house. I'm grateful for the animals, and for being able to physically go do chores.
