I keep mentioning the small park with the old farm yard, and we were there recently so I took some pictures. The whole park is 1/4 section (160 acres) I think. It was someone's personal property, and they donated the land for use by our community. The yard is kept more or less the same, and there are some bird houses and flowers, and it feels like you could be going there to visit someone.

There is a campground at the other end, and a stocked trout pond, and big mowed field for sports.

What a charming little house on lots of lovely land. The house is unoccupied?

It's rather pretty. Too bad it's not a little garden house or a museum.

There's a little house in East Aurora NY that's a museum of Elbert Hubbard lore. It's not fabulous, but it's interesting.
