Today I am grateful for:

A cool, cloudy day, that might portend rain.

My sweetie and I choosing to have a day off from hard work. Most of May has been stressful for me in one way or another, and we've worked hard on the garden and the yard all month. Instead, I slept as long as I could today, didn't do more than I had to (feeding the animals), and allowed ourselves a day to recuperate.

We did go for a pretty long walk at the park down the road, which didn't seem like hard work because it was cool outside.

Watching a movie together. The movie was awful, but it was nice just to be together.
