Mild weather. Things are melting. Seeing geese more often now.
Without the sedatives, Roxy is more perky on our walks. She is still staying on a leash to try to protect the stitches.
Though I felt pretty run down today (just not sleeping with the congestion) I tried to do some useful tasks.
I vacuumed, I sorted some recycling, I put away the dishes, cleaned out some old apples from the refrigerator and washed out the drawer.
I scrubbed out the big water tub for the goats/ponies as it gets all slimy with algae. It takes a few trips with pails of water to refill it when you dump the whole thing at once.
I spent some time just sitting outside with the goats/ponies enjoying the sunshine and mild weather.
Then I tried to nap, but it was kind of just resting. Oh well, it still helps.
While I am trying not to gloat about Trump's indictment, I hope that actual justice is served here. I have never understood how wealth seems to be enough to protect criminals, and I never understood how it was allowed for him to be President.
I learned that Walt Disney World began as "The Florida Project". Dummy corporations were used, by Walt Disney Productions, to buy up 27,000 acres of land to avoid bursts of land speculation in the Orlando area. Early rumors assumed possible development by NASA, Ford, the Rockefellers, and Howard Hughes.
