Beautiful weather.
Getting a good sleep and waking up to an interesting dream.
Talking with Sister S. She was at our family gathering, but it was so busy I really didn't get to talk with her much.
As usual, we ended up talking about Trainwreck, and what on Earth will we do to get her out of that damned trailer. It's such an awful and futile conversation, because TW can leave any time she wants to. She just never does.
Sister S has had goldfish for many years, and this past winter they all died. It was a strange and mysterious thing, but in a way, she's okay with it because they were getting to be a lot of work. They were big, and in the summer they lived in a pond and in the winter they came into the house to a big tank in the basement, but my sister is having a lot of trouble doing the stairs now.
I went outside and worked in the garden for a while, but I just felt TIRED of doing it.
I took a break and had a nap, and worked in it again for about an hour. It was later in the day and a little cooler, so that helped.
I let everyone out into their bigger pasture, and spent some time sitting with the goats/ponies, and it was really pretty sitting on the grass with the sun setting and happy critters cavorting around.
I learned about the Brown Snake Eagle of Africa, that (as the name suggests) eats a lot of snakes. It often eats venomous snakes. REALLY venomous snakes, like the Black Mamba and the Puff Adder.
