More nice weather.
I spoke with Sister E for a while, and she continues to sort through their belongings, trying to downsize.
I also spoke with Trainwreck, and she says she is actually planning to sell her place as is to this guy who wanted her property, and she says she is going to move into the senior's lodge in town.
Yet, even as she says this, she vacillates about how will she do this, how will she manage to move, and so on and so forth. I hope she doesn't find a way to sabotage herself.
When I asked her what she plans to do with her cats, she just blows it off, "the new owners I guess will just have to look after them or something, I don't know".
The last time I talked to her, her big reason for not wanting to move is that she was TERRIBLY concerned about her cats (even though our brother who has the farm was willing to take them).
There is absolutely no assurances that this new owner would care for those cats at all. She just doesn't care enough to make sure they're okay, when all is said and done.
She mentioned that her son (the nephew I mentioned that I talked to about TW's well-being) and his wife bought a house, which is very strange to me, since the last time I spoke with him he couldn't pay his phone bill or get a car fixed. No idea how someone with his apparently very bad credit rating could get into a house.
I had to go to town to get fuel in the car, as well as a jerry can for the lawn mower.
Then I spent somewhere around two hours mowing, and it really, really, needed it.
Then I tried to pick more raspberries, and I did get some, but the mosquitoes were eating me alive.
I learned that the Eiffel Tower is completely repainted every seven years, which takes 60 tons of paint.
