gottawonderI will post more later, but I just got back from FINALLY filming the freestyle pattern.
After four tries, we got a good recording! It wasn't perfect, but we got all the way through it without anything that would be considered a "mistake", which is kind of amazing given that it is pretty long and complicated.
I will try to post a link to the video at some point, it may take a while.
It was very helpful to have my husband there, and R. They're very supportive and kept me from losing it when it didn't go well the first few tries.
It was a lot of pressure, after working on it pretty much all summer. You just end up obsessing over it, thinking about it at night, and on and on.
Sure, it's fun at times, but it gets pretty intense trying to get it right. I mean, you guys know all the work I've put into it, and all the self-doubt.
Anyhow, I was so happy and relieved when we got a good take I just about cried.
It will be so nice to move on now to something else.
