Today I am grateful for:

It seems like we managed to not have any major damage from a hailstorm last night. There were stones the size of ice cubes falling for a few minutes. As far as I can tell, our vehicles are okay. The goats/ponies got into their shed. Scary stuff.

Getting more packing/moving done. Although every room looks like there's stuff everywhere as I try to figure out how to pack odd sized things, there is a lot of empty space everywhere now. I am hoping that next week when my husband is home, that we will be down to just moving furniture and things like the food and stuff we will need to live in the farm house. We need to really push hard to empty everything, we're behind schedule and need to be tearing things down right away.

The nice thing is, we've had a ton of people offering to help with the tear down. I hope they mean it.

That I've been able to physically keep pushing and moving things. I haven't been doing a ton of lifting on any given day, but I've been moving boxes and stuff around every day for weeks now, and carrying things up stairs, and lifting boxes onto shelves. I'm not sore, though I often just feel mentally burnt out from the repetition and the stress.

My sweetie attended his God daughter's wedding today, and it all went well. It sounds like it was a full, traditional wedding with a supper and a dance, in a church. You don't see many weddings like that anymore. He had a good time and got to catch up with his family.

People noticed his nice suit, which is good. We went to a fair amount of effort to get a good suit that fit well, and nice shoes, and he doesn't get to dress up often, so I'm glad it all worked out and people appreciated his efforts.
