Not needing to go anywhere today. Thursdays are my quiet day, usually, unless something comes up.
Lovely weather for this time of year.
I had a pretty lazy start to the day, which was great.
I went outside and did chores, and I did work with Wonder and Dandy. I was very pleased that Dandy was happy to come with me at liberty all the way around the big pasture.
The snow is a better texture to walk on this week, so that's good too. I had fun seeing grouse tracks, mouse tracks, and bunny tracks all over the surface of the snow.
I worked on "Hindquarters towards" with Wonder, and got one good step, which is where everything begins. Lots of rewards for that. What I do like, is that she's not panicking anymore when I ask for something with the whips (not hitting, but movement and touching), she now understands that I'm asking for something, and tries to figure it out.
My Sweetie got home in good time (tonight isn't a gym night) and he did a bit of work downstairs ON HIS OWN!! He put more screws into the drywall that was hung the other day.
When he was done, we ate and watched more of "The Orville", which is pretty good so far. It's a bit "woke", but still good.
