Today I am grateful for:

To stay in a decent mood and get things done, in spite of having had pretty much no real sleep.

Trainwreck called in the morning, KNOWING that I won't accept her calls in the morning, but it woke me up and I couldn't fall asleep again.

So I got up after lying in bed for about two hours.

After eating, we worked on the kitchen.

We had to empty the fridge so that we could pull it out and my husband could get at the cracks in that area.

For now (shudder) the fridge is kind of out in the open until we can get the walls finished and painted.

So, in emptying the fridge, we found some more stuff to toss, and did a more thorough job of cleaning it.

Our fridge is pretty darn clean now.

Then we did chores, and after that we headed to the pottery studio.

We didn't work for that long. I worked on finishing the decoration on a vase, and my Sweetie worked on reconditioning some recycled clay (if a piece you started didn't work, or all the clay scraps from other things, and you re-wet it and mush it all together again) which is great, since we have buckets everywhere of clay that needs to be reconditioned. Then he trimmed the tray thingy he made a few weeks ago.

We ate in town, at a healthy type chain.

Then we went to see a movie at a theater, something we don't do very often but I enjoy it when we do.

We went to see Mickey 17, and while it wasn't a super easy movie to watch, I think we both enjoyed it.
