Today I am grateful for:

Though it was still overcast today, it wasn't so icy cold like it has been lately.

My sweetie got to have a fairly lazy day today, as we are done what we can for now, until the guy with the backhoe comes back to break up the concrete around where the trailer was, and to start digging the basement. I think he's coming tomorrow, but for today my sweetie got to rest.

We sold some more salvaged materials (the trusses from the trailer roof), and judging by the furious interest, we could have charged more, but that's okay.

A good ride on River. He's kind of out of shape right now because I've only been riding twice a week for several weeks, but it was still a decent ride. My riding friend's horse is still not quite sound, so she gave him a break today, but there were some other riders there, which was nice.

I'm happy that the barn kittens seem to be less "under foot" the last couple of times I've been at the barn.

My sweetie picked up a space heater to get us through some of this cold weather until we get things settled and we have a furnace again.

Watching "Unstoppable" with my sweetie. It wasn't a great movie, but the act of watching a movie together is fun on it's own.
