Today I am grateful for:

A quiet day at home.

For being able to bring the goats into the garage. It's cold again tonight. I spent some time snuggling with them.

For time to just be with my mares here at home.

Getting out in the horse pasture with the snow shoes for a few minutes with Roxy.

Making more lentil soup.

Getting the edges finished, thus the whole blanket done. I've been working on a giant denim quilt for ages, and I think it's finally ready to use. It's for my sweetie, who likes weight.

Friday: For a good ride on River. He felt nice and forward, and was listening well. For (I think?) being helpful to some kids who didn't seem too sure of themselves.

Slightly warmer weather, even if just for a day.

For being able to get groceries before I rode, and I felt like I had lots of time to do so. Sometimes when I get groceries, it's late and the store is closing, and I hate that feeling of being rushed.

Thursday: A quiet day at home. I got some cleaning done, snowshoed in the horse pasture with Roxy, and phoned some relatives.
