Today I am grateful for:

Decent sleep.

Doing normal chores before heading to town for pottery.

I had to run to the bank to activate a new card, then to the drug store to pick up scar reducing ointment (pricey!). I went with a new silicone type that apparently dries into a touchable "bandage".

I got to pottery late-ish as always, but managed to throw a tall vessel and do "management" of my other pieces as to how dry they were and getting another dry bowl onto the cart to be bisque fired, and taking a bisque fired tea pot off of the cart.

I did see other potters. One woman is hosting a party on the 15th, that I would like to attend if I can.

Then I got groceries, which was pretty straightforward today. I am very grateful to be able to get groceries.

It was lightly raining today, with a bit of freezing, so it made the roads a little shiny at night heading home, and a bit harder to drive/see the markings because everything was reflecting light, so I'm happy to make it home safely.

I got home and my Sweetie helped me with taking in groceries.

He headed outside to put up some Christmas lights while I made supper. The lights are so nice, I always enjoy them.

We ate while watching the first episode of Season three of "The White Lotus", and lo and behold, no horrific smut in this episode! I thought we'd maybe missed a part of the show or something, but nope. Just no horrific smut. How nice!

I wouldn't mind a bit of rain. We walked little Mr Mungo late this evening, as more snow gently drifted over everything... all the blown leaves that I did not bag, the un-hilled roses, and the slippery porch stairs that did not get their burlap carpet.

If it clears away tomorrow, I'm going to go out and do what I can.
