Today I am grateful for:

Getting lots of sleep last night.

It wasn't quite so cold today and this evening, so the house is staying warmer with our space heaters.

A good phone conversation with my Mom, even if it was a bit short.

My sweetie got a massage, which is good because he's been so sore lately from working on the house. He's been able to go easy this last week, and with a massage, maybe he can recover a bit.

He also took a load of stuff to the dump, and then I hopped on for the second load. Slowly we are clearing away the debris. I had a nice chat with the woman who runs the transfer station (dump), and she had her little pet piggie there today. We also found a huge amount of usable lumber in the burn pile, so we pulled it out and took it home. There were full sheets of plywood, some pegboard, usable smaller pieces of plywood, and a small amount of oak. I also brought home a child's guitar with a the neck broken cleanly where it meets the guitar body, but I suspect it is fixable.

A quiet evening at home, with lots of napping and kitty cuddles.

A nice bath.
