Today I am grateful for:

Pretty nice temperatures today, and sunshine.

Enjoying the company of others at the barn today, though River's foot was bugging him and I didn't do my lesson. It kinda sucks, but after examination, and the barn owner looked at him too, nothing obvious seems wrong, so it could be that he's just soft right now from prolonged wet corrals. We're going to keep an eye on him.

I took a load of stuff to the burn pit at the dump, and found another pile of materials from whatever contracter has been just dumping valuable material there lately. This time it was trim, baseboards, and other cuts, and a lot of it looked like oak. I couldn't get all of it, as it was getting dark, but I got a fair bit of it. Tomorrow my sweetie and I can get a better look at it, and decide if it's valuable, and maybe even go back to see if we can salvage some more.

A nice evening at home with my sweetie, and we watched "Blade", which was okay. I know it was pretty amazing when it came out.

Nice temperature for doing evening chores.
