Today I am grateful for:

More nice weather.

My sweetie got a bit of work done in laying rebar as prep for the basement floor.

We made a trip to the dump, so a little bit of junk around the yard gone.

A good ride on River. He still didn't seem committed to being forward, but he was more supple than yesterday.

I took some hornet's nests I found (no live wasps) for the barn owner's kids. They've been collecting bird's nests and hornet's nests. They were tickled.

My sweetie made a nice supper for us.

We got a few little things done inside. I used iron on patches to fix some jeans for my sweetie, and he got some Ikea shelves put together. Then we baked a bunch of banana muffins so I have something to take to a basket weaving thing I'm hoping to attend tomorrow.

Watching more American Gods. Very good.

My sweetie came with me to do evening chores. I like it when he does this, it just feels nice to have someone else out there with me.
