gottawonderVERY nice temperatures today. Only about -8 C, and sunny.
Roxy and I finally got to go to the park down the road to snow shoe. Earlier in the year, the temperatures were nice, and we did walk at the park, but no snow. Then, the last couple of months were brutally cold most of the time. Finally, moderate temperature with enough snow to snow shoe in it.
It was wonderful. Lots of sunshine, lots of powdery snow, no wind. Just lovely. Roxy had a great time, and she's been happily flaked out all evening. Normally, she would be bored and bugging the cats because she didn't have enough time outside.
I met two women who were cross country skiing, and the one woman does a research project every December, surveying the beaver lodges with a bunch of people. She invited me to help out next year, and I might do that. She is an instructor at a nearby college.
A wonderful bath when I got home, and a nap. Lovely.
Then, watching some more "Mr. Robot", which is a pretty interesting show (I'm watching the series on DVD).
