Today I am grateful for:

Gorgeous warm weather. This is a real Canadian thing, where after it's been horribly cold, even the "normal" cold feels amazing. I think it's how we survive the fact that winter is still only a little more than half way through, but it starts to feel better once it's above -20 C. Plus, the days are longer now.

A good lesson on River. We worked on counter bending over poles, and he worked up a tiny sweat, which is okay because it isn't as cold as it was.

I really enjoyed the feeling of normalcy from having the lesson (they were cancelled last week) and seeing other people at the barn. I've been so cooped up I've barely seen people for the last week or so, besides my sweetie.

Working on a painting, and being really happy with it.
