Today I am grateful for:

Nice weather.

My sister N texted, and maybe her partner has something less awful than lung cancer. The doctor says the spots on his lungs were too small to biopsy, so it could be something like blood clots or an infection. I'm kinda like "hmm, could be infection, or cancer". Maybe her doctors have terrible bedside manner. I can't imagine anyone being that ambiguous over something so serious. So for now, they're treating him with antibiotics to see if it is an infection. Am I wrong in thinking there must be some way for them to KNOW?

So, okayyy...

I went to see River, and that was super relaxing today. He was very chill, yet still ready to work. A nice combination when it happens. We did our homework from Tuesday, and I worked on my posture and use of pelvis during our ride.

R was working other horses while I rode, and that was nice. I enjoy being around people again, now that my ride times are earlier. I saw another rider there that I haven't seen in months. I literally might only talk to another person besides my husband for a few minutes a day, other days no one. Talking to someone at the barn while we're working with our horses is the most social contact I get these days.

There's a white board in the arena, and something fun is happening with it. R's daughter draws very well, and did some dragon sketches, so I added a castle and a horse, and now today someone added a cute dog, and no one knows who drew it. A fun mystery.

I came home and had a nice nap with some super-duper Hans snuggles. He is turning out to be a very sweet cat.
